Presentation --All of my sentences sounds the same

 Let the senteces have more variety and clarity:
1.Same subject/same verb
  • Lily bought a delicious cake. Lily gave the cake to her mother. (same subject)
  • Lily bought a delicious cake and gave it to her mother.
  • Lily's sister likes swimming. Lily's sister like dancing ( same subject + verb)
  • Lily's sister likes swimming and dancing.
2.How to link the equal important ideas
   " , " (commas):
  • Lily has a cat. Lily has an umbralla. Lily had three pens.
  • Lily has a cat, an umbralla, and three pens.
  Conjunction:
  • common ues: and, but, for, so, etc.
  • And - in addition, along with
  • But - however, except, on the other hand
  • For- because, the reason why
  • So - as a result of, therefore
  • Etc.
  Varity use of Conjunctions:
      And vs Along with
  • Grandpa and I are going hunting after dinner, and we are taking our favorite trap.
  • Grandpa and I are going hunting along with our favorite trap.
3.How to link the unequal important ideas
   Common use: when, until, after, as soon as, etc.
  1. After:
  • The two countries reached an agreement on trade policies. They then were able to complete their peace treaty.
  • After the two countries reached an agreement on trade policies, they were able to complete their peace treaty.
4.Phrase formulas:
   Common kind of phrase:noun, verb, absolute, infinitive, etc.
  • Noun phrase = Noun + all modifiers
  • According to both side of debate, teaching is a valuable profession, and compensation for this important job must be improved ( Noun phrase = Complement)
